The Delaware State Bar Association (DBA) is a voluntary bar association for the state of Delaware. Around 90% of the attorneys in private practice in Delaware are members.[1]

The DBA was founded in 1923.[2]

Among its publications are the semi-annual Delaware Law Review, devoted to the publication of scholarly articles on legal subjects and issues, with a particular focus on Delaware law,[3] and the newsier monthly Journal of the Delaware State Bar Association.[4]
