Dick Kooy (born 3 December 1987) is a Dutch volleyball player, a member of Netherlands men's national volleyball team and Turkish club Halkbank Ankara, Dutch Champion (2009).

In 2013 he joined Polish club ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle.[1] In the season 2013/2014 he won the Polish Cup with this team. He received an individual award for the Best Server.
