Dillon Lewis (born 4 January 1996) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for Cardiff Blues regional team as a prop. He is a Wales under-20 international.
Lewis made his debut for the Cardiff Blues regional team in 2014 having previously played for the Blues academy and Pontypridd RFC.
