Dmitry Kochnev

Dmitry Kochnev (born Dmitry Viktorovich Kochnev; Rus. Дми́трий Ви́кторович Ко́чнев; March 1, 1964, Moscow, Soviet Union[1]) is a Russian Major-General. From December 2015 to May 2016, he was the head of the Russian Presidential Security Service.[2] Since May 26, 2016, he has been the Director of the Federal Protective Service.[3][4]
