Dominik Kalata, SJ, (born 19 May 1925) is a Slovakian Titular Bishop of Semta since 1985.[1] Kalata was ordained as a Catholic priest on August 12, 1951 and clandestinely as bishop in September 9, 1955 by Ján Chryzostom Korec, SJ,[1] because of the Communist Government of Czechoslovakia and the persecution of the Roman Catholic Church by the government. In March 16, 1985 he was appointed as titular bishop.[1]
