dotloop is a transaction system, based in Cincinnati, Ohio that allows the paperwork associated with a multiparty real estate transaction to be completed through their proprietary online network.[1] dotloop was founded in 2009 by CEO & co-founder Austin Allison, CTO & co-founder, Matt Vorst and co-founder Adam Koehler.

As of June 2014, dotloop has more than one million real estate professionals with fifteen million people on the network. The company services 90 realtor organizations, 3,000 real estate offices across North America and captures more than five million signatures in residential real estate alone, per month. Major partners include Keller Williams Realty and EXIT Realty Corp. dotloop is used by real estate brand brokerages within franchises, including, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21 Real Estate, Coldwell Banker Commercial, ERA Real Estate, Prudential Real Estate, RE/MAX, Sotheby's International Realty. The company has around 130 employees at its headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio and its office in San Francisco, California.

The company has raised $10 million in funding since its founding in 2009, with its series A round by Trinity Ventures.

dotloop is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio at 700 W. Pete Rose Way, Suite 446 in historic Longworth Hall. Built in 1904, the renovated office building is the former B & O Freight Terminal. Longworth Hall remains one of the longest buildings in the country, and is over one quarter mile in length.
