Frank W. "Dutch" Ulrich (November 18, 1899 – February 11, 1929) was an American professional baseball player who played three season for the Philadelphia Phillies from 1925 through 1927. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland and died there at the age of 29. He is buried at the Bohemian National Cemetery.
