ePLDT Ventus, Inc., now rebranded as SPi CRM,[1] is a subsidiary of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), a telecommunications solutions provider in the Philippines. ePLDT Ventus operates eight customer contact centers across the Philippines.

Founded in 2001, The company provides a variety of customer interaction services to Fortune 500 customers in the U.S., Canada, the U.K and the Philippines and employs more than 7,000 staff and personnel.[2] Recently, it signed a contract with the Philippine Airlines (PAL) to handle its contact center services.[3]
