Ed Cohen

Ed Cohen is a sportscaster best known for his work with ESPN Plus, MLB.com, NHL Network, Rutgers University, MSG Network, and ONE World Sports. He is a graduate of Ithaca College.

Biography

Cohen is not related to Gary Cohen, broadcaster with the New York Mets. Cohen calls college basketball for ESPN Regional, is the radio voice of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights women's basketball team, and calls various sports for ONE World Sports.[1] He also calls various high school sports for MSG and does sports update anchoring for Sirius Satellite Radio. His past work includes fill-in hosting NHL Live, MLB.com, MLB.TV (occasional play-by-play for select afternoon MLB games), Manhattan Jaspers men's basketball, Billings Mustangs, and Burlington Royals. He is a native of Scarsdale, New York.[2]

Cohen will call weightlifting at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. [3]
