Eduardo Herrera Aguirre (born 25 July 1988) is a Mexican professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for Pumas UNAM in the Liga MX and the Mexico national team.

Club career

He made his senior team debut on 24 July 2011 as a substitute in a match against San Luis, a day before his birthday. In December 2015, he was announced as C.D. Guadalajara's third reinforcement, but was later discarded.[2]

International career

In March 2015 he earned a call up to the Mexico national football team. On 31 March, Herrera scored his first goal with the national team in an international friendly match against Paraguay. He scored it with his first touch of the ball in the game, which was the first ever touch for the Mexico National team.
