Ellen Miles

Ellen Miles is an American author, the writer of the Puppy Place and Kitty Corner series of children's books. She was born in New York City, on April 8, 1957 and now lives in Vermont.[1] Several of her stories have been translated into French and Spanish.[1] Her website is called ellenmiles.net. She writes for scholastic books. She grew up in New York. Her books include these fictional people: Charles and Lizzie Peterson (brother and sister in Puppy Place books), their parents and little brother Adam (a.k.a. the Bean). In the Kitty Corner books:Mia Battelli, her brother, and her parents. Ellen Miles is also the author of the unauthorized Santa Paws series of books under the name Kris Edwards.

Ellen Miles lives in Vermont; but was born in New York City. She currently has a mutt dog named Zipper. She plans on writing two new Puppy Place titles, Bonita and Champ. They will come out 2016.

Ellen is writing a standard poodle and white rabbit named Bubbles and Boo, a German Shorthaired Pointer named Jake, a French Bulldog named Lola, and a Havanese named Angel. She is thinking about a white german shepherd named Spirit and a shar-pei named Wrinkles
