Administration
Due to major controversy, mostly surrounding Keith Turner who was an assistant principal at the school for 10 years, there is an entirely new administrative team on board for the 2016-2017 school year:
- Principal - Ryan Johnson - previously principal at Shasta Lake City's Central Valley High School for 4 years.
- Vice Principal - Kevin Greene - previously vice principal at Palo Cedro's Foothill High School for 8 years.
- Vice Principal - Kevin Strohmayer - previously Johnson's assistant principal at Central Valley.
Academics
Enterprise High School is a state-recognized distinguished school in California. The foreign languages offered are French, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese. There is also a drama department. Enterprise currently offers Honors and Advanced Placement Courses in: English I, English II, English III, English IV, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Psychology, European History, U.S. History, American Government/Economics, Statistics, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Spanish.
Due to the low socio-economic status of Enterprise, test scores are reflective of that status. Contrary to popular belief, however, Enterprise ranks a 10 out of 10 when compared to schools of similar size. Other school in the district rank much lower when compared to school of equivalent size and socio-economic status. Enterprise also has an extensive and broad College Preparatory program. Every subject is offered in CP level, acceptable to the University of California and California State University systems.

Music
Enterprise High School is known for its marching and concert bands, which have been directed by Daniel Neece, who retired in 2013, since the 1980s. The marching and concert bands are now directed by Gabriel Sakuma. Alissa Aune, who also directs the choir program, now directs the "Starship" program, a pop-oriented music program which gives performances in Redding and elsewhere. Under her direction the choirs in the traditional choral program have received "Superior Ratings" for twenty consecutive years. Enterprise is also the home of the award winning vocal jazz choir "T.B.A." This fine ensemble has won numerous awards in competition over the years and was recognized by Down Beat magazine in 2003 as the top Student Vocal Jazz Group of the year. Enterprise is also the home of the "Victorian Dinner Celebration" now in its 26th year of performances. This original dinner/play set in a Victorian Christmas holiday venue offers audience members an evening of comedy, food, and vocal and instrumental music. Both Neece and Deborah Divine, the former choir teacher, have been recognized as the California Music Educator Association (CMEA) "Educator-Of-The-Year" in 2006 and 2007 respectively.
The music department offers a variety of extra music classes for those interested. The band programs includes two jazz bands, various instrumental ensembles, and the percussion ensemble. The choir program offers chamber choir, women's choir, T.B.A., and Victorian caroling for those who make tryouts.
Extracurriculars
Enterprise clubs take a huge role in the Enterprise and Redding community. To occupy students during lunch and other times, various clubs make up the whole school for fun and planning. Such clubs include Psychology Club, the F.C.A. (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), eSports Club, and many others.
