Eric Shawn (born March 12, 1957) is an American television news reporter for the Fox News Channel.

Shawn was born in New York City, the son of Gilbert Shawn and Melba Rae, a soap opera actress best known for her role on Search for Tomorrow. He graduated from Trinity School in New York City in 1975 and Georgetown University in 1979 with a degree in urban studies. Shawn had a cameo role as a reporter in the 1990 film Gremlins 2: The New Batch.

Shawn worked as a reporter for WNYW (FOX) and WPIX in New York before joining Fox News's affiliate news service, FOX News Edge. During his time there, he covered the Unabomber arrest, the Gulf War, the 1992 Clinton campaign and the O. J. Simpson murder case. On September 24, 2010, Shawn interviewed Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. He currently co-hosts the Sunday morning edition of Fox News Live with Arthel Neville and serves as a correspondent for the network.
