Erik Hansen (architect)

Erik Hansen (born 13 May 1927) is a Danish architect who has achieved international recognition for his contributions to archaeological conservation. Over the years, he has participated in investigative field work, especially in Denmark and Greece, always adopting a highly systematic and methodical approach and producing widely acclaimed drawings of his finds. Hansen was awarded the Eckersberg Medal in 1977 and the C.F. Hansen Medal in 2010.[1]
