Essam Al-Dabbous
Essam Al-Dabbous is a member of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, representing the fifth district. Born in 1962, Al-Dabbous studied art and worked in the Kuwait Municipality before being elected to the National Assembly in 2003. Al-Dabbous is considered an Independent deputy and has close ties to the royal family. He is a member of the Al-Fadul family.[1]
