Essendon Royals is an Australian soccer club from Essendon, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The senior men and Women squads currently participate in the Football Federation Victoria State League Division 1North-West division in their respective leagues.
The club was founded in 1959 by the local Italian community in Essendon, and surrounding suburbs, including Keilor, Moonee Ponds, and Ascot Vale.
The club has a current membership over 500 and currently fields teams in junior boys and girls leagues from 8 years to seniors.
