The Turkmenistan eyelid gecko (Eublepharis turcmenicus) is a ground dwelling lizard native to Turkmenistan and northern Iran. Mainly insectivorous, it may also eat smaller vertebrates. Like many other lizards has the ability to shed its tail (autotomy).
