Eucalyptus spreta is a mallee tree that is native to an area on the southern coast of Western Australia.[1]
The mallee tree typically grows to a height of 4 to 10 metres (13 to 33 ft) and has smooth bark.[1] The adult leaves are green and have a disjunct arrangement. The flowers are white or cream with a calyx calyptrate and shed early. Fruit are linear and cuboid and contain red seeds.[2]
It grows in flat areas with calcareous loam or red sand soil types.[1]
Distribution
Eucalyptus spreta is found in the IBRA Regions of Coolgardie, Mallee, Nullarbor, and in the Local Government Areas of Dundas and Esperance.
