F. S. Faizal is an Indian music composer. A former ad-jingles composer, he made his debut in the Tamil film Newtonin Moondram Vidhi (2009) and then made a breakthrough with his work in Sillunu Oru Sandhippu (2012).[1]
Career
Faizal composed his first film album, Newtonin Moondram Vidhi, under the stage name of Vinay, before subsequently moving on to compose music for Kalavaram during 2011, though the film released only three years later. In 2013, he worked on Sillunu Oru Sandhippu, which became his third album release and won positive reviews for his work on the songs.[2] A critic from Sify.com, however, criticised his work on the film's background score, stating it was "too loud" and the film failed to perform well commercially.[3] Faizal has since worked on two small budget films featuring Sree Raam as well as on Tharkappu (2016).
