F1 Paddock Pass, is an American television programme dedicated to the coverage of Formula One motor racing and is broadcast by the American broadcaster NBC from 2013 onwards. It is a live on-site post race in the paddock for all Formula One races broadcast on NBC Sports Live Extra and it is shown online. It came as a result of NBC getting broadcast rights to F1 races.

The program is also available in high-definition. At F1 events, the program is always hosted by Will Buxton.

History

On October 12, 2012, Speed, then owned by Fox Sports announced that it was unable to renew its contract to air Formula One racing on Speed after the conclusion of the 2012 season. Two days later, NBC announced that it had reached a new four-year deal to broadcast F1 races beginning in the 2013 season, With all of F1 Paddock Pass to be broadcast online by NBC Sports Live Extra.[1][2]
