Fathimath Afza (born 1 November 1988) is a Maldivian women's international footballer who plays as a defender. She is a member of the Maldives women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 2014 Asian Games.[1] On club level she played for MNDF in Maldives and competed at the 2012 FAM Women's Football Championship and 2014 FAM Women's Football Championship.
