Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is a part of the Toronto-based Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts chain of luxury hotels. It is located in the 900 North Michigan skyscraper on the north end of the Magnificent Mile overlooking Lake Michigan. The hotel occupies the 30th through 46th floors of the skyscraper, which contains a Bloomingdale's shopping center as well as ground-floor mono-brand locations for Gucci, MaxMara, Montblanc, L'Occitane en Provence, Kate Spade New York and Michael Kors.

The Four Seasons, The Peninsula, the Ritz-Carlton at Water Tower Place, Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago, and the Langham Chicago are the only five 5-star hotels in Chicago.

History

Opened in 1989, Four Seasons Hotel Chicago currently houses 345 guest rooms, offering views of Lake Michigan or the Chicago skyline from the 32nd to 46th floors of the tower.

900 North Michigan is part of Chicago's Magnificent Mile, known for its architectural landmarks such as the John Hancock Center, seasonal events such as Light Nights in winter and area cultural and entertainment attractions.

Future

Four Seasons Hotel Chicago will soon undergo its first renovation. The renovation will provide a French Art Deco design to the structure, patterned after a 1930s style.
