Franc "Feri" Cifer (born 16 February 1971 in SFR Yugoslavia) is a retired Slovenian football defender, who last played for Nafta Lendava.
Cifer also played for a youth section of Veržej and Mura Murska Sobota. He made 7 appearances for the Slovenia national team.
He is an assistant coach in Mura 05 and he was an interim coach in summer 2012 after Ante Šimundža's departure until the arrival of Oliver Bogatinov.
