Fred Done

Fred Done (born March 1943)[1] is a British billionaire businessman, the co-owner with his brother Peter Done of the bookmaking chain Betfred, which has more than 1,350 betting shops in the UK.

One of Done's most notable moments was when he joined the team in the Salford FC clubhouse to sell pies to fans. He asked people to bet on the amount of pies sold that night, with a prize for the winner and a charity donation.[2]

In April 2015, the Sunday Times estimated the brothers' joint net worth at £1.0 billion.[3]
