Max Lu
Professor Max Gaoqing Lu FAA FTSE[1] is a chemical engineer and nanotechnologist. He is President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Surrey, in Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom (as of April 2016).[2] Previously he was Provost and Senior Vice-President at the University of Queensland, Australia[3] where he was named one of the country’s Top 100 Most Influential Engineers in 2013,[4] received a Queensland Greats Award in 2013,[5] and won the inaugural Australia-China Achievement Award (Education) in 2014.[6]
