Ganna Yudkivska is a Ukrainian judge born in Kyiv, Ukraine and currently the judge of the European Court of Human Rights in respect of Ukraine.[1]

Ganna Yudkivska was born on 5 July 1973. She had been graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University and University of Strasbourg.

Doctor of Philosophy in Law.

Ganna Yudkivska has been involved in human rights movement since 1994. She was a defence attorney and member of the Ukrainian Bar. She also served as the judge for the Kyiv Common Court of Arbitration.

Ganna Yudkivska worked in the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights in 2005-2009 and was Adviser to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe in 2009-2010.

Judge of the European Court of Human Rights as of 2010.

Associate Professor at the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine.
