Garth Counsell

Garth Counsell has been bishop of Table Bay, a suffragan bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Cape Town, since 2004.^[1] Like the Bishop of Dover he is in effect the Diocesan Bishop as his superior is Primate of an Ecclesiastical Province. from 1970 to 1976.^[2]
