Gilberto Antonio Hirata Chico (born January 17, 1952) in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California) was state deputy representing the XIV electoral district (corresponding to the urban area of Ensenada, Baja California). He is currently the Presidente Municipal of Ensenada Municipality.[1]
