Glebula rotunda, the round pearlshell, is a freshwater mussel, aquatic bivalve mollusks in the family Unionidae. It is in the monotypic genus Glebula.
It is found on the drainages of the Gulf Coast, as well as in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
