Gmina Gozdowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Sierpc County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Gozdowo, which lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south of Sierpc and 106 km (66 mi) north-west of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 126.7 square kilometres (48.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,041.
