Guan Hong (born 1974) is a Chinese female former weightlifter, who competed in the flyweight class and represented China at international competitions. She won the gold medal at the 1992, 1995 and 1996 World Weightlifting Championships.[1] She became IWF World Weightlifter of the Year in 1994.
