Eleutherodactylus guanahacabibes is a species of frog in the Eleutherodactylidae family endemic to Cuba, and is named for the Guanahacabibes Peninsula. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rocky areas, and caves. It is threatened by habitat loss.
