Guotai Junan Futures (simplified Chinese: 国泰君安期货) is a Futures Commission Merchant in mainland China.
With a registered capital of 160 million RMB, Guotai Junan Futures was established by Guotai Junan Securities and became a wholly owned subsidiary of it. Guotai Junan Futures was the first company to get the qualification for Full Clearing business for financial futures issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Guotai Junan Futures is the first member of China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX), and the key service of Guotai Junan Futures is to help QFII to invest in index Futures market in China.
Guotai Junan Futures has hundreds of business offices all over China.[1]
