Håvard Østgaard is a Norwegian sport shooter who has won the IPSC Norwegian Rifle Championship two times (2014 and 2015), and the IPSC Norwegian Multi-Gun Championship three times (2012, 2014 and 2015). He also placed 4th in the 2015 IPSC European Rifle Championship.[1]
