HTV3 is a channel of Ho Chi Minh City Television in Vietnam and is administered by Tri Viet Media Corporation (TVM Corp).[1][2] Originally, HTV3 is set up to reserve type of youth audience. All the shows are broadcast on HTV3 has always copyright from the creator and production of them. It is broadcast 24 hours on VTC, K+, AVG television services in Vietnam.

History

HTV3 channel was set up in 2004 by Ho Chi Minh City Television with blocks for childrens. In 2008, the channel was sell for Tri Viet Media (TVM) and the channel for youth and family. In the last of 2014 , TVM was sell for TTN Media so that HTV3 became the TTN Media's channel. HTV3 had a private voice actor group for themself to dubbed for foreign show (anime, cartoon, television series, movie and other entertainment shows. In 2010 HTV3 had about sixty-three voice actors (contain Huyền Chi, Anh Tuấn, Trường Tân...). In 2014, many staff was left HTV3 before the channel was sell for TTN Media. In the present, the channel only have about twenty voice actors and a litle of other staff.
