Halvor Bergan (8 August 1931 – 3 May 2015) was a Norwegian Lutheran bishop.
He was born in Skien. He served as Bishop of the Diocese of Agder from 1983 to 1998. His thesis, Skriftemål og skriftestol. Skriftemålet i Den norske kirke fra reformasjonen til i dag from 1980, was published in 1982, and among his other publications is Ord fra prekestolen from 1993. [1]
