Hans Niessl

Hans Niessl (born 12 June 1951 in Zurndorf) is an Austrian politician, member of the Social Democratic Party of Austria and governor of the Burgenland.

Niessl was mayor of Frauenkirchen from 1987 to 2000, and has been since 1996 a member of the Burgenlander parliament.
