Little Bay Islands is a town in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It consists of Little Bay Island, Macks Island, Goat Island, Harbour Island, and Boatswain Tickle Island. The highest mount is Campbell Hill, which is 125 metres (410 ft) high.

It is located in Notre Dame Bay, near Springdale. A ferry serves the island several times daily.

The island has a population of about 100. There is a school (used by two children and their only teacher), fire station, two churches and a bed and breakfast. The only employment source, a crab processing plant, was closed not too long ago, leaving the community jobless. The only remaining business is a local bed and breakfast.[1]

For its size, Little Bay Islands attracts a fair amount of tourism. There are several trails for hiking and all terrain vehicles.

In 2013, the provincial government began to offer local people money to leave the area. The remote location is difficult to provide with services. Residents are being offered a minimum of C$250,000 (US$189,000).[2]
