Hassan Moustafa (born 28 July 1944) is an Egyptian sports administrator and former handball player. He played for the Egyptian national team for ten years, and has been handball coach and referee.[1] Moustafa has been president of the International Handball Federation since 2000.[1]

During the 2009 World Men's Handball Championship a conflict emerged between Moustafa and the Secretary General of the IHF, Peter Mühlematter.[2]
