Hasta Pada Parshva Prapadasana is an Asana. It is translated as Hand to Foot to the Side Tip Toe Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "hasta" meaning "hand", "pada" meaning "foot", "parshva" meaning "to the side", "prapada" meaning "tip toe", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat". This pose is a variation of Prapadasana.[1][2]

Benefits and Cautions

This pose claims the following benefits: it stretched the inside of the thigh, hamstring and inner hip, and promotes balance.
