Plot
The plot revolves around Aditya Diwan (Sharman Joshi) and Siya Diwan (Zarine Khan) who control the family business after the death of Aditya's elder brother - Vikram. Suddenly, an unknown businessman named Saurav Singhania (Karan Singh Grover) enters their lives with his wife Avanthika (Shivanya Mastaniit). Saurav, who shows interest in Aditya's company, makes them an unbelievable offer. What follows is Aditya and Siya's struggle to uncover Saurav's real intentions.
Aditya and Siya are very compatible. In fact, they are so blissed out they seem to be on a permanent honeymoon. Both of them open a Vikram Diwan memorial hospital in the name of Aditya's older brother who has died in a plane crash. In fact, Siya married Aditya, she was engaged to be married to Vikram. She was pregnant with Vikram's child and when he dies in the air crash, she marries Aditya. Eventually, she miscarries.
Coming back to the present day, Saurav Singhania tries to cause a lot of issues for Aditya and Siya because he wants to sleep with Siya but Avanthika and Aditya doesn't agree to this. Aditya's trusted secretary Kaya(Daisy Shah) who heads some of his businesses is very good with handling things till one day the company gets into trouble for serving `poisoned' cold drinks. Aditya is forced to throw Kaya out. Saurav then befriends Kaya. He flies her to his place in Malaysia and the two of them become friends. Kaya is attracted to Saurav. It looks as if Kaya has betrayed Aditya. However, one learns that Kaya is a spy for Aditya. She is trying to learn about Saurav so that she and Aditya can finish him.
At one stage Aditya lands in prison. Siya then has no choice but to go to Saurav for help and to remove her clothes and pride to Saurav. Avanthika then came and stopped sits. And in the morning, she asks Saurav for Aditya's freedom and he denied.
When Siya sees a tattoo on Saurav's back she realizes that the man who she thought was a stranger is no stranger. The tattoo is identical to the one her first love and Aditya's elder brother Vikram had on his back.In a flashback, it was revealed that Vikram was the real chairman of Diwan Industries and made Aditya feel miserable about it and confronts Sia who forces her to work with him to kill Vikram. Vikram dies in a plane explosion that was planted by his younger brother and his wife. In the present day,While Siya confronts Saurav and asks him if he is actually Vikram and whether he has had plastic surgery to change his looks; Saurav tells her she will never know the answer to this question in this lifetime.
But after a bitter hand combat and gun battle between Aditya, Saurav, and Siya where all three are grievously injured; in fact, Aditya and Siya die; one gets to know that Vikram has actually survived the air crash.
