Hege Ludvigsen (born 28 January 1964) is a Norwegian women's international footballer who plays as a goalkeeper.
She was a member of the Norway women's national football team at the 1987 European Competition for Women's Football and 1989 European Competition for Women's Football. At the club level she played for Sprint-Jeløy in Norway.[1]
