The grey-capped hemispingus (Hemispingus reyi) is a species of bird in the Thraupidae family that is endemic to Venezuela.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests where it is threatened by habitat loss.

Description

The species have a grey crown and don't have any supercilium. Their upperparts are olive in colour and their underparts are yellow.[2]

Habitat

It is found on elevations between 2,200 metres (7,200 ft) and 3,000 metres (9,800 ft).[2]
