Henry Laurence Lindo was a Jamaican Civil Servant.
- In 1935 he entered Her Majesty's Civil Service as Her Majesty's Inspector of Schools for Jamaica.
- From 1939 to 1952 he was Administrator of the island of Dominica, the first West Indian to hold the position.
- During his administration he improved the island's roads.
- From August 1962 to December 1973 he was High Commissioner (Commonwealth) for Jamaica in London.[1]
