Hideki Konno (紺野 秀樹 Konno Hideki) (born May 13, 1965) is a graphic designer on a variety of Nintendo video games, including the Super Mario Bros. series, with Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka. He joined Nintendo in 1986 after graduating from the Electronic Data Processing at the Department of Japan Electronics College, realizing his dream after a long adoration of playing Famicom games.
He is notable for being one of the main designers of the Super Mario and Mario Kart series of games.[1][2]
