Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Sarab County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 14,066, in 3,454 families.[2] The rural district has 18 villages.
