Hypsiboas andinus is a frog species in the family Hylidae. It is found in Argentina and Bolivia.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, and canals and ditches. It is not considered threatened by the IUCN.
