Ian Baggett is a British entrepreneur and real estate developer. He is the founder and CEO of Adderstone Group, a real estate investment firm located in the United Kingdom.[1]
Baggett is a graduate of Durham University, earning a doctorate in political geography.[2] He served in the Royal Navy in Hong Kong and also had a career as a full-time professional tennis player.[1] His first real estate deal was based on a dissertation he wrote in college relating to the best places to buy property.[3] By the time he finished his studies, he owned five properties and was making enough money to support himself as a landlord.[1]
Upon completing his stint in the Royal Navy, Baggett expanded his real estate investments. He founded the Adderstone Group in 1998 and currently serves as the company's CEO.[4]
