Sir Ian Duncan Burnett (born 28 February 1958) is a British judge of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales.
He was educated at St John's College, Portsmouth and Pembroke College, Oxford.[1]
He was called to the bar at Middle Temple in 1980 and became a bencher there in 2001. He was made a QC in 1998, deputy judge of the High Court in 2008, judge of the High Court of Justice (Queen's Bench Division) in 2008 and Lord Justice of Appeal since 2014.
