Independent Republican Party (United States)

The Independent Republican party was a party that received one electoral vote in the 1820 Presidential election. A vote was cast for John Quincy Adams by elector William Plumer of New Hampshire.
Had Plumer not have cast his vote for Adams, James Monroe would have been elected unanimously.
